The packaging and materials with which it is built already make the difference with similar products. Having discarded the Chinese (design and manufacturing) and Italian competitors (which break for various reasons after 10-12 months), I looked for the product that had the best ratings from users. And so I chose Swissvoice S38 which is rated top. For now the initial settings have taken place without any problems, very simple operating system. The ringtone is "powerful", the dual display is good, the camera works with a simple touch (as it should normally be, but it wasn't always like this, unfortunately), the flashlight (very useful and which is activated and turned off with a touch prolonged). I would like to point out the presence of the nano SIM, unlike all the competition used so far (classic large SIM), fortunately the father's SIM was originally pre-cut, so zero problems. Just a small "negative" note: it's called Swissvoice, I was expecting a product made in Switzerland, I see Made in China on the box.....However, I noticed on the company's website that it is actually located in Switzerland, so I deduce that the design and "assembly instructions" are Swiss, after all even the "Apple" smartphones are made in China. The most important things for my 85 year old daddy are a high decibel level ringtone, being able to see who is calling when it rings, and answering/ending the call by opening/closing the phone. And they are all there. Now the test of time. For 10 hours with praise, also for the very fast shipping
